Seems odd that Friend as an offensive line coach makes the same as the defensive coordinator and a 100K more than the associate DC.

He is 30 years old with a Bachelor’s degree. I know that doesn’t matter but I say he is doing pretty damn well financially considering he just started coaching like 5 years ago. I still say we pay him more than anyone else is willing to pay him going forward. He will probably jump at any future OC opportunity though.

Finish this OL class with Wright, and Friend has outdone every OL coach since the Fulmer days. Money well spent if so. String 2-3 more similar classes and that pay needs some major bumping.
