Don't EVER pay for sports information.
It only encourages the providers to try to charge all of us.
When sports fans stop paying, the pay sites will dry up and go away and sports news will remain free just like any other news. That's how it should be.

It's not even about the money. I understand I am responsible for this debacle, but dang...you would think a site like 247 would want to keep customers/potential customers coming back. Maybe I'm being narrow minded, so I'd like to hear what some of you guys think.

The point is that you gave them your credit card info. They followed through and did what they do and billed you after the free trial because thats what they do. They need to make money. Thats kind of how it works when you give anyone your credit card information online.

You are actually kind of lucky that they gave you a refund at all. I'd actually chalk that up as a positive to 247 overall. Most customer services departments would not do that.

iirc the yr gives you all access vip to everysite. You could do VN a solid and get info about guys like AJ from rival site. See what each side is hearing. Just a thought. Rivals got me that way once they refused to refund any amount.
