i'm not one to get super excited about TV shows...but i do like this show. and i got to say, watching the season premier of the new season....pretty damn good stuff.

story is moving along nicely, loose ends aren't dragging on and on...and it's been fairly violent, which is a little surprising.

good stuff so far....hope it continues....there was a point last season where i was ready to quit watching the dang show.

I need to get a DVR... I tried to set the VCR to record Heroes and it didn't.

But you guys are right on the money about this season of 24! Who else are they going to kill off?

Personally, I hope Jack kills his brother..

I've never watched this show once. I hear its good though.

It is the best on TV. The fact that they put it together so that you never have to take a 5 week break between episodes is reason enough to watch. I liked Heroes when it started, but after the latest break, I just can't get back into it.

yeah, 24 is good. i didn't watch the first season, and picked up season 2 about 1/2 way thru......hooked ever since.

as for heros...the break was too long........but i really like that show too. they've done a good job of establishing a story line and developing the characters so you want to see what happens next.

i could though see this story dragging on and on with no real resolution and thus a lot of people getting really bored with it.

I agree. Heroes was an incredibly refreshing show that was hitting on all cylinders at the same time Lost hit the skids with its aimless episodes and lack of plot development. I really hope Heroes avoids making the same mistakes. One very annoying aspect of the show is the amount of jumping around it does.

yep, a thing they probably picked up from Lost. and when they do that, they have more story lines to develop with more characters, which can make it drag on.....so far, though, it's been pretty good...but the potential is still there. stick to the story and move along.......that has not beeen a problem for 24 so far....but even that show (midway thru last season) it got a bit ridiculous.
