Playground. Kids can have parties out there and cake/pizza served on those tables with umbrellas.

And yes, it’s part of the stadium. Been there about 3-4 years. It’s fenced in with gates that close, so you can let the kids run amok while the parents watch along the fence there in right.

And those tables (right field) are free...1st come, 1st serve. The ones down left field line are available to be reserved for parties etc. and they charge for those.
