Missouri’s starting QB is definitely out. He was doubtful going into Friday

The last time the backup was out there he went 10 for 21 for 78 yards across 3 quarters against Auburn.

Their starting RB is also out.

3/4 of OU's starters have went down with injuries. Man up and play. I don't pitty them.

Addendum: Looks like Cook got updated to questionable, but if it took until Friday for that shift, then it’s a prayer that he’d be able to actually play today.

Maybe, but Bama hasn’t had a game without struggle against anyone in conference or ranked this year. All their conference games have a 7 points or less final score differential.

I’m not arguing Missouri should/would have beaten them with a healthy team or blown them out or anything along those lines. I’m saying that whatever chance was there is certainly much less given the starting QB and starting RB are out, especially given what they so far had to trot out at backup (their string string QB).

I dont disagree and I get the hate for Bama but realistically we need them to win being our highest ranked win. All of this will matter for playoff seeding. Honestly it looks better for the resume. Indiana plays nobody, ND has a bad loss and can still get in. Among Oregon , Penn State, OSU, Bad Big 12 teams etc.

They’re really pumping Bama up. Cant stand Dorkwitz, but I would love for Mizzou to put a nail in it today and eliminate Bama from playoff contention.

Nothing but excuses from announcers and the Bama team itself. They haven’t always been a great team, get the f over it.
