I think if NIL money is the determining factor we have a real shot at her playing for Tennessee. I know she will get a bundle offered in a lot of the places she is visiting. I still think we may have the highest offer and the reasoning is our association with Adidas and she is one of their major players. I honestly believe we can make the highest NIL offer to her don't know if that will be enough.

You still recruit them because you never know if that player will end up in the portal at some point. At least if that happens there is an established relationship to operate from. You're not starting from scratch....🤷🏿

I think our only chance is that she said, she wants to play in a free system and not just be a traditional pg, that’s our system. I just think everything else is against us.

The recruiting world needs to see this iteration of the Lady Vols winning, and 15 ladies postgame looking like they just proved something to the world--together. That's our recruiting profile and that's our culture.

Of course, it starts with the Ws. But I'll confess, right now it feels like the key letters for achieving success are gonna be CT. (scans)

How much I would love to eavesdrop on their conversation, during and afterward, just to hear what things they notice and think are important, and the questions that arise in their minds. Not over this player in particular. Just to listen and get a glimpse of how things look from an informed, inside perspective at that level of competition.

If I were being picky, I would prefer Caldwell choosing a standout Orange look-at-me zip-up top. The black blends in too well. I had to squint and zoom in to make sure that was Kim Caldwell and not a Shea Ralph sitting there. Orange is bold and was once proud. Be an unrelenting diplomat for this institution.

I’m guessing that’s a Virginia Tech assistant in upper left, don’t know what the writing on the red hoodie says to even make a guess. The Oklahoma head coach, the always effervescent Joni Taylor was in the house… Guessing that is Jen Fay in the Gators shirt.

Can anyone tell what the logo is on the shirt of the guy in the upper right? He looks so familiar, but I can’t figure him out.

I agree, and was thinking the same. Be proud, don’t hide the school you represent, and maybe this is picky, but she even walks with her arms crossed. How comfortable is that? Her persona just seems like a really closed person.
