That’s why we play the game. See Indiana last year. Were they loaded with 5 stars and 2 and 3 million dollar players?
Maybe not 5 stars, but Cuban was not simply a fan. They played a weak schedule, and there were allegations of them filming opponents’ practices too. Lots and lots of money, an easy schedule, and cheating could easily add up to a national title. Michigan gave them the blueprint.

I think the Neyland effect is back this season. No more Gilbert to screw us. It starts with Texas
Texas should be easy. Arch will not play. Turf toe is the suspected cause and only to have poor effects on the player for 72 hours or so during that tiny little window while he’s in Knoxville. The rest of the year he will play fine and likely be removed from the Texas team before the seasons end. The NCAA will ban him for being too good and exile him to play for the NY Giants.

We win seven home games (until we don't.) A lot of things can go wrong in a football game but on the other hand a lot of things can go right as well. No, you say, rewatch the 1998 football seasons games. Could have possibly lost a minimum of two games (Arkansas and Syracuse.)

Kiffin comes to Knoxville this season with his lsu tigers . I think we will be so up for that game ,
Look to get up on Kiffin early In that game. We win that one . I got Texas as
Possible only home loss
I agree with you 100%. LSU is going to be a hot mess. Think Texas A&M the year they had that expensive Jimbo roster and sucked donuts. Kiffen has a very expensive roster and I’m guessing zero locker room. Book it…HOT MESS.

Texas is winnable, depending on which teams show up both sides.

Gonna be a year of surprises for the Vol faithful.

With our luck we'll catch the version of Texas that actually matches the hype they've not deserved for the past couple seasons now...
