She’s a nice player. She played great the last 6 months. Averaged a 20/20 double double I believe. Schools that weren’t interested at first started showing interest and she recommitted from UGA. I think she visited UCLA and LSU.

Hurst story at this stage of her career is unique. She was the subject of an article I submitted last week that centered around her being the Tennessee State Volleyball Player of the Year. Timing wise, Hurst is entering a phase where her game could go up another level before college if she locks in to finding elite live reps against competition that looks like her. That is hard to find especially for the best high school female prospects in the game so she’ll have to be creative with her approach and training to accomplish this. Hurst skill set is right on the verge of taking that next level up where she can be effective in a gym full of stars.

In the consensus rankings of top 25 High School class using Hoopgurlz, 247, and ProspectNation. Three Tennessse recruits end up on the list. Prawl at 10, Mia Pauldo at 16, and Jaida Civil at 19.

Will November ever get here???! It's only mid-May and I'm already jonesing for some Lady Vols basketball. I'm looking into possibly either being put into a medically-induced coma or a cryogenic chamber until mid-November.

I highly doubt Chris Hansen and Brandon Clay are SC fans. Agot was that highly rated prior to even committing to SC. To say she isn’t good right now is a bit disingenuous considering she’s a consensus top 10 prospect across all recruiting platforms. She had a PCL injury that sidelined her most of her senior year and came back right in time for Geico nationals and the All Star games. Geno didn’t fight Dawn tooth and nail to the end for her to not be very good. I’m guessing you tuned into her come back versus watching her games when she was actually healthy. She’s a major reason the U17 and U18 Canadian teams were so successful these past summers. Definitely expect her to make noise in the SEC, even as early as next year.

Asking Google Assistant what Gabby Minus strengths are as a player the answer was excellent three point shooter, with a pull up jumper and strong rebounder on the boards. Hopefully this is the type player she will be for us.

If she can hit 38-42 % of three point shots, she will be a welcome member of the team. Also, we need rebounders at both ends of the court. I see great improvement with her and the BigO next year.

Don't think she shoots it quite that well, but she is a solid 35 percent.
