This is my #1 takeaway. Hendon's a given winner. BUT, if he goes down, we need confidence that Milton will be able to pick up where he left off and not make as many mistakes as he did early 2021.
And we need Bru eligible!!!

Wonder if Lincoln Riley remembers our program approving half our team transfer to Oklahoma? Surely he'll approve one to us that he never coached with no reservations.
Actually....very fair point! Something tells me that he's not that kind of guy to remember who helped him.

It’s USC from what I’ve heard

And this type of attitude is why I don't bemoan the NIL. The way bigshots at schools have exploited and lorded it over players for years, this USC thing is a prime example. The NIL sort of gives players a chance to be on somewhat even footing. Screw me, I can screw you back. I honestly think if schools had treated players with more dignity, we would never have seen NIL emerge.

Also, it’s the law. And it’s how capitalism works. And it’s the labor getting paid for its production. And it puts all schools on even footing instead of just letting some of them pay players and others get punished if they try.

Agreed. However, the issue here is USCw holding up McCoy's official transfer, preventing his eligibility to play. There should be a penalty for vindictive behavior toward players.

No clue.
Some people are just butt holes and have the I'll show you mentality...
I just read the court docs of what all happened or was said to have happened at USC and wow that was crazy!...I hope he has learned his lesson and is a better person.... or if it isn't true hes learned to stay away from crazy women.

Right. I was just addressing your comment about not bemoaning NIL.

What does USC, Licoln Riley or anyone out west gain from not granting him eligibility?

An ego boost for showing him they can screw him over for daring to leave.
Kind of like-- Hey Bru, nah nah nah
