Hardin Valley is in west Knox County, pretty close to the Anderson County line and near Oak Ridge.

Who was the guy that always used to call into the WGOW Red Zone, loved Bradley Central, and always talked about the carrier pigeons?

Cleveland on the way to winning a state championship.

The last time they played Brainerd was 1984. In fact, Bradley played Brainerd consecutively from 1981-1984 and haven't played since.

8/27- Jackson Wilson went wild with 193 total yards and three TD’s as Bradley downed Walker Valley 24-10.

10 4 StarBearette graduated from BCHS in 78.
@LexVol71 - one of our family friends played RB for BCHS back in the mid 50's.... he has told me some great stories about playing against the Purple Pounders back then.

9/3- Knox Watson and Landon Price had pick-sixes that were the scoring difference. Bears get their seventh consecutive win in the series and move to 3-0 on the year. Cleveland falls to 2-1.

9/10- Jackson Wilson rushed for 231 yards and a pair of TD's. The Bears rushed for a total of 313 yards as Simon Mullis also added a 46 yard TD. Big TE Karter Howard hauled in two TD passes as well.

GO BEARS! Bradley defeats Bearden 28-16 on 10/01/2021... Overall Record: 6-0... District Record: 3-0.. Main thing, 7 straight wins over the Cleveland Blue Raiders.. Always a successful season when Bradley defeats Cleveland in football or any sport for that matter! Next game up, Ooltewah on 10/08/2021, @ Ooltewah, non district game.

I read in the Cleveland Daily Banner yesterday that the last time Bradley started 8-0, they wound up winning the 1976 State Football Championship over Jackson Central Merry, 50-48, in multiple overtimes, I want to say 3 OT's. I live in Ooltewah, TN now, but drove up to Cleveland yesterday afternoon after church, to visit with my Mother, a 1962 Bradley Alum.. My Dad passed away 04/28/2019 at ag 81... He went to Bradley as well. I have a younger brother, he is Class of 1986.
