Probably not.

Supreme Court will review state court decisions when:
1. there is a federal question, and
2. State court remedies have been exhausted and a state court judgment is final.

Part 2 is satisfied but I don’t think there’s a federal question of law, here. Pennsylvania Supreme Court decided an issue of PA state law based on an interpretation of the PA state constitution.

Not a lot of room for SCOTUS to get involved there, especially given their very recent election jurisprudence and their recent drift away from voting rights in general.

My guess for this case would be that cert is denied with a few opinions explaining why.

You’d ha e to define “legitimate.” If changing the rules in opposition of the state constitution is ruled “legal,” then it’s technically legit. If you can’t prove votes were harvested, the. How can you discount them?

Apparently, a foreign entity interfering and shaping narratives is wrong. Media interfering and shaping narratives is good.
