If you look at it, we're very top heavy at receiver. Doubtful that any of our 2019 sophmore receivers become contributors. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if all of them transferred this offseason.

Meanwhile, Tillman came from a run heavy offense and by all accounts is somewhat of a project. Means has a lot of physical tools but himself is a lower rated likely project.

You can see why the staff wants to take another receiver this recruiting cycle, and I think receiver ends up being a big priority next season.

I hate it the kid Pruitt found last year (outside of Atlanta) flipped to Miami on signing day. He had some crazy measurables. We've definitely missed on some WRs the last couple of cycles. We desperately needed to add a big time receiver in this cycle.

So we know what we have in 2019.
Jennings, Callaway, Palmer
Contributions from Murphy and Keyton (throw Chandler in the slot some)

2020?
Palmer, Keyton, Murphy and
some very good 2020 Freshman
(Some would say put Thompson and Taylor on offense, but that would be crazy...)

We have Bailey at QB for 2020, so its very possible some talented WRs guys come on board as well.

It's not as bad as it looks. I Means...who knows? We won't know Tillman...I mean till then ;).

Seriously, we need Tillman and Means to come through.

We will get the WRs fixed in next recruiting class. Maybe find one more in February. Pruitt had to fix the O-line and D-line with this recruiting class. When Butch was here we were not going to get the big time QB, or Wr to run his stupid offense. I believe the QB for Clemson was told by Butch he didn't fit his offense.

That’s pretty thin. Need help.

No speed, difficulty separating. Don’t see him getting drafted.

Undrafted then? Interesting.

Just because we want him to stay another season doesn’t mean we should downplay his abilities. Not saying you are doing that, but it’s a very common theme here.

Jennings is a solid college receiver but lacks speed needed in the nfl. I see him as a late draft pick and making a team playing special teams. If he can learn to get better separation he could do better. Great motor. Another guy not coached up.
