2017 NFL Draft Day Thread

ok, good pick for cle. solid work by the browns tonight.

now, pittsburgh, get reuben foster.

He wasn't yelling and screaming like he was talking trash to an opposing player. Just carried his kid on stage with him. No comparison imo.

Who cares? People celebrate in different ways. Bolles celebrating with his kid was cool. Takk celebrated with a picture of his grandma and being passionate was cool. People in general need to lighten up and let people be people.

Really like Seattle's draft. They need OL help, nobody is picking any...trade down and pick a couple other picks up.

I think they screwed up not taking Watson. I think he will be a stud.
i don't think anyone screws up by not taking a qb in this draft, too early.

you still got kizer, dobbs, peterman and webb.

and to many, there's not much difference between those 4 and the 3 that have already been taken.

kudos to the browns for not caving to the "gotta have a qb in round 1" hype.

I agree with Browns not taking a QB..none of those guys were 1st round picks in a normal year

foster or the DE from KSU here. either way...but man, foster is james harrison and joey porter wrapped up in one.

I agree. The last one to draft a QB in this draft might end up being the winner. That team will have stockpiled some other good players along the way, and I don't think any of the QB's will pan out long-term.

Not stopping him from being him. But he rehearsed the whole deal and decided that holding his grandma's picture while barking out MF and damn was what he wanted to convey there. Just making an observation that it was odd and not a great look.

ok. it's a need. still, would rather have foster. i think he scared the crap out of al these teams. but someone is going to get a beast.

I think Kansas City gets an F. You won your division last year and got a first round bye and are in the middle of your window to win...and you trade a future first to get a QB most didn't have as a top 30 prospect???????

I heard a stat today that since 2010 first round QBs had made like 5 Pro Bowls and 20 something starts (or there abouts) and the other rounds were like 29 Pro Bowls and 60+ playoff starts (or something to that effect).

Anybody else find it interesting all three Bama players in the first had significant injury issues?
