2014 Illinois PG Larry Austin (Tennessee Commit 8/1)

You are mistaking, my friend. BTO is one of few posters here who supports the Vols unconditionally.

People who don't like that he stuck up for Martin only assume he has "an agenda."

While I generally disagree that he is a Tennessee supporter above all, many of his comments since the Tyndall hire have been underwhelming in terms of unconditional support, despite his attempts to prove otherwise. It certainly seems that Tyndall hasn't been given the same benefit of doubt in three weeks that CCM was given after three years. Several of his moves have been questioned by BTO without even allowing a chance to see how the results play out, which was his battle cry for supporting Martin.

How many people let Yemi and Pops situations play out before questioning them?

I have praised some moves by Tyndall and criticized others, that doesn't mean I don't suppose the guy though.

Never claimed you didn't support him. I just find it curious that you seemingly clung to every move of Martin's and encouraged everyone else to follow suit. Yet, Tyndall hasn't coached a game yet, and he's already drawing your ire for what you consider questionable moves. You've also knocked (discredited) his coaching jobs at previous stops citing weak SOS.

I would just think, all things considered equal, you would encourage people to buy in 100% for Tyndall until he proves he can't hack it like you encouraged people to do for Martin. We get that you liked him, but don't take out your frustration with fans who wanted him gone on Tyndall. Give him as fair a shake as you gave Martin.

If you stop the comparisons to Martin, the stigma that you are a CCM supporter above a Tennessee supporter will die.

Maybe I've gotten smarter with age and realized you shouldn't unconditionally support coaches from Day 1, and it's ok to question moves they make and that it doesn't necessarily mean you don't support them?

And fwiw iirc I stated on like the first or second page of the Pops thread that I would seriously question that move if we did indeed take him. I criticized Martin, but just like now people see what they want to and like my post the other day just take from it what they want, and read whatever meaning they want it to imply.

That is absolutely false.....u and BTO need to take this stuff over to the lifetime channel.
