2013 LB recruiting

Ever think maybe Sal took some of these guys because we missed on higher rated targets? What would convince a recruit to come to UT right now over bama lsu etc. We have a perceived dead beat coach and havent done anything notable in almost ten years. Thats why we are recruiting against mid majors and not the top dogs

ding, ding, ding. just because we take a commitment from someone does not mean Sal decided he was one of the best 4 LBs in the nation. you miss on guys, and move down the board. it happens everywhere. imo peoples concerns are over the number of guys we have missed on as far as elite level LBs... not the decisions coaches made to offer kids after prospects higher on our board went elsewhere.

This is part of the truth IMO. Just like E J Levenberry(sp?). I also think that there are some that are just holding out to see what we will be like this year. People seem to forget that committments aren't worth much theses days until the letters are sent in.
