Fantastic draft. I think there are loads of good players. Quick rundown for me.

Lottery Bust: Dion Waiters
Lottery Steal: Jeremy Lamb
Non-Lottery Steal: Kendall Marshall
Potential all-stars: Anthony Davis, Brad Beal, MGK, Kendall Marshall, Andre Drummond, Jeremy Lamb

This draft class utterly blows. The top guy is a Camby at best and the rest are all maybes.

Because his offensive skill set is so...well, he's got D.

Davis has a decent game. He's got a way to go, but with athleticism, wingspan, and his touch (he's got great touch for a big man) he can average 20 a game. Go look at Garnett's offensive stats the first couple years.

Garnett didn't average 20 till he was 22, and didn't shoot 50% from the field till he was 26.

This. There will be one high quality guy simply because of the law of averages, but I can't remember the last time I looked at a draft class and saw zero guys with serious all nba potential.

LULZ.

Anthony Davis is the next Kevin Garnett.

No he isn't.

This is the second time you've projected a pick to be a HOF player.

Like BPV said, he's Marcus Camby. Which is not really worthy of a number one pick.

Which means this class really, really sucks.

Chad Ford just said on Mike & Mike that the Thunder are in talks with Charlotte to trade James Harden for the #2 pick.

The draft doesn't have many great players, but it's deep on guys that can have long nba careers.

I agree. #1 is obviously far better than anyone else, but it seems like #2 - #12 is pretty close.

I would not trade Harden, especially not for the number 2 in this draft.

He said they'd draft Beal. I think it would make a lot of sense because they're afraid they're not going to be able to re-sign Ibaka and Harden.

They'd have a player with similar talent, but be paying him much less.

I want to see more of Beal before I deem him top 10. If he's a top 2 pick, how did Donovan not utilize him better?
