Everything I'm reading about him says that his biggest strength is sniffing the play out before it starts. Thats always a great skill to have.

I'm out of town right now visiting the family and all my YouTube/Rivals videos are choppy. They freeze up after a few seconds and you have to manually move the slider tab to get them to play and then they freeze again after 3 secs.

Does their computer just need a plug-in upgrade?

Sounds like internet or hardware/software issues. I would look at their internet speed first, then see about upgrading their flash player.
