Final Cut Studio 2 for Mac. Which is Basically the only way to go.

or for Windows I'd go with Adobe Premiere. Its user friendly.

i guess i would have to go with adobe. my sister has a mac but it is HIGHLY doubtful she would let me use it to make videos.
