If wed have gotten Saban instead of CDD, I think he wins 3 or 4 more games max than CDD over the two years. You just can't win in the SEC when you lose that many players.

The roster Dooley inherited was similar to or in worse shape than one that is/was on probation. I think Coach Dooley will reap the rewards of the fantastic job he has done in recruiting the past 2 years this upcoming season.

An nc state fan just told me that Obrien kicked off 30 players when he first got to state... Is that possible?

Much worse for a program than probation and lost schollies. Have any top 20 team sign only @ 8-10 3* players in back to back years and see where the program goes. With the attrition, that's basically what UT did.

Agreed with the possible exception of '13 which could see a dip depending on how many JRs go pro and how well this year's class can fill their positions.
