What do you guys think will happen next year? Do you think we will 10 wins or another sorry 5 winner?

Heres what I think:
Western Kentucky: W
UCLA: W
Florida: L
Ohio: W
Auburn: W
Georgia: W
Alabama: L
South Carolina: L
Memphis: W
Ole Miss: L
Vandy: W
Kentucky: W

8-4...we'll do ok. Better than last year and good for a new staff. I think we will lose at least two of Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina and Auburn. But we won't lose to both of them and we also won't lose to both of them.

why are we loosing to ole miss?
Because they beat texas tech and uf?
they still lost to vandy, that idiot coach of theres will pull a nice win out of his arse every now and then

ya i dont know about USC. you never know with them, we'll have to see what happens with spurriers team.

I'm with you except for the L's at home vs.USCe and on the road at Ole Miss...

I truly believe that by that point in the season, BB and Oku will be really dynamic in the backfield for us. Think Jamal Lewis against Georgia in 97.

I also believe by then our defense will be very stout and solid with the new system...

I also think that Nu'Keese will by that point be a legitimate home run threat in the return game...

I'll say we win one and lose one of those...

The UCLA game is the most important gmae next year. We dont want to leave Gainesville 1-2. We MUST win that game. Im thinking 7-5. But 8-4 is definitely a possibility (must beat UCLA tho).

I think We tag UGA as well this year....New QB and all and his first time starting in neyland...I think we take that one...USCe as well....I am thinking We lose to UF, Bama and Ole Miss although I think the team will be super fired up to win that one for coach O...The key game will be the UCLA game...That is a revenge game and it is a must win for this team to have any confidence going into the swamp.

yeah Ole Miss is a dangerous game, it will more than likely be a ESPN or ESPN 2 game at night...never fun to play on road in the SEC at night....by then we will either welcome the challenge or just want the season to be over....time will only tell, GO VOLS!!!

What I was thinking will give us a shot against Florida (although I dont think we have a prayer against them) is the staff will not show there hand against W. Kentucky and UCLA which kinda worries me about UCLA. I think we pull it off but I could see the coaches in a new system with no game tape on them showing nothing to Florida then when we get to the Swamp throwing some crazy stuff at them.

new member here but fwiw with descent qb play i see us losing to uf. i think we also lose to either ole miss or bama. the rest should be wins

alabama will win the west, think florida beat us, but lose to GA and we beat GA, we will go to sec championship and play bama and win, but they beat us the 1st time we play

I think Florida is the only "un-winnable" game. Not to say we'll win the rest, but I think we can go 9-3 for sure... possibly 10-2.

well said. i agree. i dont think that we will win 9 or 10 but maybe 7 or 8. I do think that UF is the only unwinnable game too.

I don't mean to be negative, but is no one else a little concerned about our offense? I think CLK/Coach Chaney will do a good job, but there's only so much they can do about our lack of depth at O-Line and lack of a quarterback. I just really hope this staff can get Crompton's head straight.

I think these coaches realize that we just need to pound the ball at least 75% of the time, so that should help our offense out a little bit, especially if they understand the scheme, and it'll help the defense out too since they won't be on the field 40 minutes a game.

Ole Miss did finish well but why are most people thinking we have no chance against them. I agree they will be tough but i think we can handle it
