now that the 2009 recruiting class is finished, and the incoming freshman are looking pretty darn good; who are you most looking forward to seeing play this year from the 2008 class, and which do you anticipate having the best season?

I'm thinking:
hopefully G. Williams lives up to his potential
T. Poole
P. Wagner
Rod Wilks?

do Marlon Walls and Rae Sykes come in under the 2008 class?

EJAW is off the team, right?

PS - Rod Wilks says leave the Rod Wilks jargon out of this thread or he will eat your children.

I know everyone picks on Rod, but I think he really will be an impact player somewhere...

Aaron Douglas! I was excited to see him at Tight End but now he is on the O-Line I am really excited to see how he does.

Art Evans, Prentiss Waggner

And because I trained at D-1 while he was there Todd Campbell ( nice Guy)

Not a Rod Wilks joke, but Rod looked very good at the Friday Practice. Very big hitter, fast, physical and even got into a scuffle with another player.

Considering that this was Fulmer's weakest class, there's not a whole of talent left from which to choose. Probably Rod Wilks.

Prentiss Waggner and Willie Bohannon. These are two true sleepers. But they may get caught up in a numbers game.

Maybe some people will believe me when I say Poole needs to go ahead and transfer instead of wasting his talent on the bench. He may end up being a good back but the other guys just bring more to the table.

By all accounts so far, Chris Walker is going to be a stud. I can't wait to see him coming off the end.

I hope he is a huge success,, then the Nation needs to send him a tee shirt that says " I am Rod Wilks - deal with it"

At the least he should get a plaque from Freak for being the most entertaining post topic of the year.
