Well, the year is almost over. Looks like 2009 is going to be one overflow year with the Coach O story with the revealing of the rest of the staff plus the Spring Game getting extra special attention. In addition, we will see how the new look Vols on the hardwood fares in conference play and the tourneys.

As we put this year to rest, what was the most memorable moment(s) in Volunteer sports? I know this will be mainly football and basketball highlights but what really sticks out the most?

So much for me to decide upon but how about you guys?

One of my favorite memories was UT beating Memphis to become number 1 for the first time in school history...even if it was for 3 days. Knoxville was crazy that night.

Fulmer's exit or the Memphis win. I went with the baskeball team reaching number 1 for the first time ever.

I hope this is an oasis from the Coach O talk and all-out discipline coming to the Hill.

I have to say my most memorable moment was the Women beating LSU in the last .07 of a game to go on to win their 8th NC! :)
