I thought I would let everyone know that tonight at 10:00 the 2007 UT vs UK game will be on. I have Direct TV and the channel is 613. It is the CBS Sports Channel. I already set it to record so if this year goes bad I can just look back at it to see a productive UT offense. :)

That was one of the most fun games to watch, even though it started out to be a blowout

Was at the game, celebrated hard early, kept quiet late, had a heartattack in OT and loved every minute of it.

I was there with my fiance who is from KY with her blue on, it was SO fun for me, not so much for her! hehe

Was at the game with a bunch of UK fans. I just remember bowing my head in my hands when KY had that fg to win the game and hearing all the UK fans go dead silent when it was blocked. I loved it. One thing that I didn't understand from that game was (as I can remember) on after the blocked fg, EB essentially had a td but was absolutely slammed down by his facemask and for some reason a penalty could not be called bc it was overtime. But after (or before) that in overtime, Tennessee got a penalty for something similar and KY moved up 15 yards on their next position. I just remember something didn't seem right in that game.

I was at that game:

And there was a reason that the facemask penalty didn't carry over and the unsportsmanlike did. I don't remember the reasoning, but either was it didn't seem fair.

Live ball fouls could not be enforced on a change of overtime period. Pretty sure they changed the rule... although all we'd likely get is half the distance on our next possesion.

Was there, I would like to watch it again on TV. It was a true SEC Classic. Some of the games they have showed on here are ok. It is a four and a half hour marathon I'll have to stay up late.

The only games I want to see between the 2004 Florida game and today are the 2004 South Carolina game and the second half of the 2005 LSU game.

Everything else is just depressing...

Thanks, just realized I have that channel. I see 4-5 other UT games on there this week

In fact, the only game that I want to actually see from wire-to-wire in this decade is the 2001 Florida game. That was really the last time I was truly fired up about a "big" game and we came out victorious. I don't consider the 2004 UNLV game a big game and I was fired up about the SECCG buy we ended up choking that one away. Miami in 2003... no reason before that game to be fired up before it, either.

this was the channel i was watching the 1996 UF game on last week. great channel, when they show Vols wins. other times, not so much.

we too were at that game. in fact, we almost left because we couldn't find (and refused to pay for) scalped tickets. eventually got some and by that time UT was up 14 points.

UK fans really thought they had us that year. by far the worst i've ever been treated in Lexington. seeing their disbelief was joyous.

i still can't believe we blocked that kick.

Actually, it was a dead ball foul called on Foster for throwing the ball after not scoring on the first 2 pt conversion attempt and we got the ball back on the change of possession and started from the 40. Hancock ran the wrong route and scored on the next play didn't he?

They need to show the 2003 5OT thriller against Bama. I haven't seen them show that game and it was on CBS. Also the '04 Georgia was a good one. They just show games the were televised by CBS.
