In 2005, our offense was putrid, and it was largely responsible for our 5-6 season. Would have been much worse if we didn't have a superb defense.
In 2007, our defense is near the bottom in pretty much every category. It is probably in worse shape than our offense was in '05.
What I'm saying is, if our O Coordinator didn't get the job done, and was forced to resign, why not expect the same from our D Coordinator if things keep going as they have been?
I don't want to get into nitpicking details about scapegoats, who actually ran the O in '05, or anything, just want a simple answer to this simple question.
