I wish CSS would show more than just Tenn-UGA and Bama- Tenn games. Its getting very repetitive. Anyways, I'll be glad when I can watch live games and not just reruns.

Man, Wilhoit really stressed me out in that game.

The most underrated win of the Fulmer Era. Everyone talks about the '03 win at Miami, but this one was more significant and against a better team.

True...and in a tougher environment.

On a less positive note...did Cory Anderson block anybody while he was at UT? The guy was 275lbs., supposedly ran a 4.6 and couldn't block my grandmother. Even though I knew we'd win the game, I was just shaking my head watching how pitiful his attempted blocking was.

We really did dominate more than the score indicated. We dropped at least 3 INT's and the Riggs fumble was a horrible call. By this point in the season, Ainge should've been getting all the snaps too. Shaeffer's one trick (running) had been figured out.

I was in Vegas for my buddy's bachelor party that weekend. Good times...

We were quite jubilant.

I remember how we had no shot whatsoever at winning this game. We just came off of a game against Auburn where we were slaughtered and UGA had just slaughtered LSU. All 4 teams were supposedly top 15. Then we dominated UGA. That clearly marked Auburn as the best in the SEC that year.

I think you are probably correct. There's no way we should have been able to stay on the field with that UGA team. They were loaded.

Equally impressive was the fact that we got absolutely manhandled by Auburn the week before.

Coming into the season Georgia was the overwhelming favorite to take the SEC.

Georgia did have alot of talent, but no more than we did.. we had that awesome 2002 recruiting class meaning that they were juniors this year.

Some of the busts were coaching(Benedict), some were individual problems(Banks), some were just uncontrollable(Jones).

I still have his game winning catch against Bama in the 10000 OT game on my desktop background... he was able to go up so well for the ball.

Anyone know where I can watch replays or highlights of that 5OT game against Bama in 2003(?)?

Was probably the most stressful game I've watched in the past 5 years with the 04' and 06' coming in 2nd and 3rd.
