His passing, was indeed, less than stellar. But, it's correctable with enough time under center and a nice, stable coaching staff.

As good as Orgeron is as a coach, that man shouldn't be within 15 feet of any QB development program.

I doubt Ed Orgeron had much input at all in coaching the QB's at Ole Miss.

I have no clue as to what degree Orgeron was involved . . . but no matter what his role was, you can't suck at coaching enough to be totally at fault when your Senior QB is completing only 37% of his passes.

I didn't say it was all his fault. He was just doing his job. However, it can't be good for Schaffer to go to a team who has a defensive minded ball coach.

You're exactly right because once we signed Jabari Davis, Carnell Williams de-committed and signed with Auburn.

Davis is by far the biggest bust of the 2000s. He was an extremely highly touted player coming out of high school, he had TONS of expectations coming in, another big time player de-committed because of him signing with UT -- Davis did marginally poor and Williams was a top 5 draft pick.

I say that's the biggest bust of this decade.

He's up there... I was in school during the "J-Train" hype... what a waste... I worked as a student asst in the ath dept and spent time around many of the players, Jabari Davis was pretty much brain dead.

8 pages and only one persdn says that David Holbert wasn't a bust?? The only thing he busted was his knee---only the second worst knee injury, besides Joe Theisman, I've ever seen.

Holbert was a mack truck when he was healthy.
