Bryce Underwood.

[Go47]

Bryce Underwood.

Ugh. Could be.

[NeverWe'llSever]

I’d say Joe Milton, but that’d be an insult to the Orange Bowl MVP.

Trying to think of the last true freshman who was ready to start for a major college football program.

Maybe? When was that again? 2012?

[Doberman]

I was about to comment that we are the SECs version of Michigan

Yep. Great defense. Horrible offense.

[Godfatha]

I’d say Joe Milton, but that’d be an insult to the Orange Bowl MVP.

Joe was t that bad. He wasn’t Hooker but we’ve seen far worse QB play here

Are you kidding he got zero yards in nearly half of a game…..I wanted him to do well, but it is what it is.

[AllVols]

Needs Time?

[General Jack]

“Not ready”

[AustinMem]

I mean, Russell at Bama is looking decent, though as many have mentioned he is a sophomore, just a first time starter like GMac. Trevor Lawrence won the Championship as a true freshman. Jalen Hurts also started as a freshman and did well

It was just a question, not trying to defend or anything

Fun thought experiment… GMac = Hendon Hooker
