You geezer! J/k. I wish my old high school would put out some d-1 talent. We had one Guy go to ole miss back in the 60's and I played at Lambuth University in Jackson but that's just a NAIA school.

Again, some "high character" guys. What good are 5* recruits when they A) Don't make it in academically and B) Get kicked out of school for Tomfoolery and Sneaktheivery?

I bet these guys do more at TN than Richardson and Myles....ooo wait...their tied already.

Character will when...sure you need to some top notch skill guys....but you dont need 30 of them to win Championships

Downs can easily. I am very optimistic about his future at UT. Good speed and hands. Very nimble running routes for a guy that size. He needs a good bit of work with his blocking techiniques but the skills you want are there.

Downs could be a good tackle, more than a TE. Hes big enough and looks like he is athletic enough to watch Simms/Bray/Worley's blind side.

Why would you do that with a guy who can be an outstanding TE?

Downs will not put on 70 pounds, OT is out of the question. In his interview he said UT wants him at TE. Look for him to put on about 30 more pounds. His film looks like Luke Stocker.
