yes. there were several... they began to coast after not beating Florida..

I don't remember 1999 being a players not giving their all year. They were in the hunt for the national championship until the loss to Arkansas. The offense was kind of meh at times but most at the time contributed it to the loss of talent. Looking back it was just a peek at what Randy Sander's tenure was going to produce.

2002, that was a year that was eerily similar to the year we are seeing right now with the injuries and backups not ready to step up and play.

1992, I think was similar in the way that internal conflict caused the team to lose focus. Both had the east pretty much wrapped up early and had a mid season meltdown.
