Actually his high school coach said MSU clearly told them they would not take him because hes too small. Maybe they needed him to play with hands on the ground in a 4-3 system. I dont know that but based on what he said that would explain it. With his speed and a 6-3 frame if he adds 30-35 lbs I think hell be proto-typical for OLB in the 3-4 system. And hes aggressive which is the difference between men and boys. Lets keep an eye on this one.
OLB at 270-275 lbs (he weighs 240 now) - most of the top linebackers in the most recent NFL draft weighed in the 225-245 range. Most of Pruitts lb's at Bama were in that range - he had one at 265. 270 is not "proto-typical" for college linebackers.
