if he's sooo good, in a LOS league, at a JUCO in the heart of the SEC, at a known powerhouse JUCO program how does this kid not even have offers from either instate SEC program? no offers from SEC programs?

i think this staff does a great job evaluating and finding talent.

but this is a project at best, and screams we have missed elsewhere on the DL....like back up to the back up plan type miss.

Let's lower the RPMs on the panic bus. We have 25 spots. Does anyone really believe we've only made 25 offers? In a operation depending on teenage boys and scheming parents/coaches/ 'friends' you can't rely on Plan B. Rather, there needs to be plans B thru R.

Honestly, that 4* or 5* without whom the class will be a total bust may have just posted a 13 on his latest ACT, be subject to an investigation, have a nagging injury that just won't heal, or has a close associate with a hand out and a big mouth. Or, he just decides to join the dark side. Time will tell.

@jakez4ut What we have here is a good will hunting situation. When our coach looks at a player's tape, you can see his reflection in the TV screen and there are X's and O's flying around, as if they were coming straight out of his brain. Every other coach who has ever attempted to coach is a moron.

...and that's why the offer list doesn't matter for us.

In 12 games, had 57 total tackles & 20.5 TFL including the 13 sacks (9th in juco ranks)...also caused 4 fumbles. Was a 5A 1st-team all-state DE @ state champ West Point his senior year.

He hasn't visited the Vols like he has the other four schools he included in that previous tweet, so I don't know if they'll make the cut. But worth monitoring:

Bump for all those panicking about offers going out right now. This is one of many from last year that caused mass panic like it is this year. Looks like he signed with Memphis and was never truly pursued by Pruitt. Offers don't mean we're gonna miss our true targets. Nb4 great, Pruitt got beat out by Memphis for a recruit.
