That's exactly right. I live about 20 miles south of Zebulon. Not a high profile school or area at all.

is that by Macon? off 475 ?

I guess I could just look it up... 😒

Edit: no it's not. it's west of Macon and south of Atlanta.

I know there's nothing official or even rumor out there, but I mean with coaching staff turnover comes existing player turnover sometimes, too. There's no guarantee that anyone outside of Chandler and Banks are here next year. Kelly *could* go pro, although I think he'll stay. So that leaves CFA, Jordan, and Coleman as all transfer possibilities.

I know that Gillespie remained, so I don't necessarily expect departure, but if Pruitt/Helton don't foresee a guy in their Top 4 or so of the group, 1-2 could transfer out by Spring.

A guy like this would be a decent insurance policy for that.

"I continue to have no idea how talent is evaluated" should just be my signature at this point.

While this is certainly true and it absolutely applies to me as well, it's also important not to fall into the "our coaches see something no one else does."

This is a reach. And Pruitt and Co. will get the benefit of the doubt (as they should) early in the process, but this feels an awful lot like Dooley signing Tom Smith.

Take on name alone, but this kid has legitimate talent. RS a year and see where it leads. Not afraid of contact, yet will spin and change directions to find daylight in a second. Keeps his shoulders pointed to the goal line with good speed. Can see why GT wanted him.

dude you are digging yourself a hole. so do you think Tech recruits bad RBs because they run 90% of the time?

Who said he was bad? I said he wasn’t elite.

GT doesn’t recruit elite RB prospects, they recruit guys who fit into the option. It’s the system they run.
