The defense absolutely impressed the heck out of me today. The future is bright. My hat is off to Taylor, who had four big sacks today. And Osborne with two interceptions. Fantastic.

As I posted in the game thread, it's clear that what Callaway said about looking past Charlotte to Kentucky was true. After that Charlotte game, a lot of folks gave us zero chance to win, or even keep it close, based on some posts. That Charlotte game was an outlier, a trap game, and we proved that today. It also helped to have Chandler and Jennings back. Both made big plays.

Our offense still has a lot of work to do, but we had a lot of big running lanes at times today, and would have had the chance for more if our backs could hold on to the ball. London's fumble was inexcusable.

Let's go get a win against Missouri and get this bowl eligibility thing out of the way!

Go Vols!

I'm more excited about what I saw from our defense today, than anything else. Just fun to watch.
Yeah was happy on defensive performance. But I think more importantly we put up 200+ yds rushing against a valid defense. Our O line showed up finally. Or SOMEBODY’S O line wearing our uniforms did anyway.

Regardless great team win all around. Sloppy towards the end by both but we fairly well controlled the game most of the day.

Huge win. Excellent defense. Even knowing UK wasn't very good at throwing the ball, I didn't think our front 7-8 could consistently contain the run for 4 quarters the way they did. Excellent job by our defense taking on the smash mouth challenge and more than holding their own. Awesome, defense

Good job offense opening holes ( run game was huge for us ), rec's getting open, JG making solid throws, and not giving the game away with TO's and penalties.

Awesome

Biggest win of the year, imo, considering the momentum we have in recruiting right now. This game should erase any doubts about the future of Tennessee football.
