Those "experts" on Rivals, ESPN, still doesn't think Chandler is an Top 50 talent so yea, those dweebs can make some pretty stupid assumptions when it comes to ranking high school football players. Just because some players are committed to Bama, they're automatically better than everyone else.

I gave more credit to the services until I happened to get to know a guy that worked at a place like a 247 that coaches sign up for to get info on recruits. He never played football in HS or college. Never coached. Dad never coached. He basically just knew a guy and was willing to take a cool sounding job that didn't make a ton of money

Cam Akers to have a very busy Sunday as expected in-home visits by Ole Miss, LSU, and FSU with Jimbo Fisher having the last visit before he is set to announce. He was set to announce today but pushed that date back, possibly to his All-Star game.

I'm sure Tenneessee will be by but haven't see a time mentioned by Callahan.

Cam Akers loves Robbie G, and wants to play for him. He's also very good friends with trey smith and has said in a group text with some of the 2017 recruits and said he was gonna play with trey.

Last thing I'll say on this. No website has intimate info on this situation, but straight from the horses mouth as he took a picture with ty chandler, "we will be the best 1-2 punch in the sec next year" to which Ty replied, "pull the trigger". And he said, "soon dog, soon".

At this point, I would put the likelihood of him being a Vol on signing day at 70%, and we need him. He is a "program changer". Like, instant contenders, like fournette, Henry, Gurley, etc...

I was told 2 hours ago, it's in a great spot for us.
