He had Van Jefferson "delivered" to you...that went south...hence the bashing from UGA guys...he'll make it up to you. :). Already did with Rico McGraw.

This is a guy who makes his living holding camps for elite athletes, forming relationships with them and their families and then "advising" them throughout tough decisions...like college choices. :pinch: It's the same shady parasite type as Willie Lyles was for Oregon. Coach Fulmer sniffed this out early and banned Devinner. Thus he hates us...loves you guys now tho...congrats. :wink2:

I wouldn't put Mecole in connection with him in terms of someone influencing him. Mecole doesn't need him. This is just a case of BD trying to leech on to a kid like he always does. So he can act like he knows so many stars. He did this with Bama when Pruitt was there. Tweeting at every kid like they were best buds.

He was def on the McGraw train. Sheldon Dawson. Will Redmond to Miss St. Kimbrow to Vandy. Etc. I'm glad we didn't get any of them besides maybe McGraw. The rest were trouble we avoided

It's usually the TN kids he tries to be a fake mentor for.

Was he involved with Van Jefferson at all? I know he ended up at Ole Miss but couldnt remember if Defatty was involved.

I think Van comitted to UGA because of the relationship between coach Rocker and Van's father. But it was always a very soft commitment because he liked other schools better.

Rico always liked coach Pruitt but also loved Alabama. He comitted to coach Pruitt as soon as the UGA offer came but you could tell that Bama was going to be a major factor and eventually flipped to Bama. It seems that he flipped back to UGA because of trust issues with the Bama coaching staff.

UGA guys were bashing him for his "track record" and not because of a specific recruit.

I'm not trying to defend this guy but I just have not seen any examples where he delivered a player to UGA.

I know somebody brought up Sheldon Dawson but he signed when the previous defensive staff was still in Athens.

You can slant it anyway you like, but Pruitt has a relationship with Devinner and the players mentioned have saliva stains from his presence. It probably won't bite you in the butt, regardless when the blob feasts on his daily rabbit breakfast? Save the feet for your program. :eek:k:

yep he hasn't delivered a single player to UGA. Regarding Mecole man did was he something at the mark richt camp. great to see him get his 5th star on scout. now the other services need to do the same.

Rico McGraw is at UGA because of Devinner. Now I don't want to say that UGA isn't a great program and doesn't have good recruiters but Devinner hand delivered McGraw there. And every program has their share of "questionable" associations but some people that are not just dirty but stupid as well. Devinner falls into that category. I await your reply that UGA is as pure as freshly fallen snow though.

Devinner delivered another player to Coach Pruitt while at a previous stop, didn't he? :)

UGA be warned - He already got Miss state in hot water, and it cost an assistant coach his job. Deal with him, but piss him off and he will sing to the NCAA...

I agree that every program has shady business going on.

How did he deliver Rico if he flipped to Bama after originally committing to UGA. It was late in the process that Rico flipped back to UGA after some rumors of scholly numbers came around about Bama's class, and more specifically the number of DB's.

I'm not saying that what is being alleged is not true, I just find it hard to believe in this scenario.
