"I was offered by*Tennessee*today," Dowell stated. "I was there for camp today and had a good performance in front of the coaches. I worked out as a defensive back, and got the offer after camp. They said they liked my size and my hip turn."

"Coach (Butch) Jones called me over and said he was offering me a scholarship, and that made me feel great," he added. "Their facilities were great and they are an upcoming program in the SEC. I'm very excited to have this offer. I'd love to get back down to Tennessee this year if possible."

Looks like the staff will be going all out to fill the 2015 class quickly as well. Kid camps at Penn St, Michigan, Michigan St, Ohio St, Northwestern and comes away with no offers from them yet. Camps at TN and it takes 45 seconds to get the offer. Loving it!!!!

He is camping at tOSU next weekend. It'll be interesting to see if he earns an offer fro them. He is a 4*, 90 rating on 247; #9 overall recruit in the state of OH for 2015.

Right I was thinking (not sure if right) that Andrew is '14 and David is '15 like 247 says.

If not then my comments are null I guess.

St. Ed's kid. That is one of the best HS programs in Ohio. Would be a great get, hope it helps to be first.
