Vols just offered.
"So far it's been going pretty good," Perine said. "I have 900 yards through five games so I feel like it's going pretty well. I'm so excited to be back and I'm playing hard. My line and my receivers have given me good holes to run through. It's a blessing."
"Technically I was just supposed to be released this month, but I came back early," Perine said. "I worked really hard during my rehab and I wanted to make it back for the season. From day one after the surgery they had me on this flexibility machine for about three hours every morning. I just pushed myself and I was determined to play from game number one. I went into with the mentality that I was going to come back stronger."

"I feel like I'm a downhill runner," Perine said. "I'm north and south. I have a mean stiff arm and I hit the hole well. I have speed to breakaway if I have too, but I'm more of a in between the tackles kind of runner."
"Right now it's in my mind, but it's not too important," Perine said. "I'm just focused on my grades and getting through this season healthy. I want to have a big senior season and I think I can do that with hard work.""I don't know to much about them, but I do like watching them play," Perine said. "They always play hard and they don't get down. I like seeing the big line that they have. That's a great sight to see the big boys move the way they do. They have good running backs and they know how to make plays. I talk to coach Graham Wednesday and he wants me to come up for a game."
Talks to CJG quite a bit also.

From ESPN, bama offered. Apparently he grew up in Ala as a tide fan. But...

In last year’s recruiting class, Alabama signed four ESPN 150 running backs, and they already have Watch List running back committed Bo Scarbrough committed for 2014. With the Tide’s potential logjam at the position, Perine has another school on top.

“As of right now, Oklahoma would have a little edge just because their numbers at running back are so low,” he said. “I’ve talked to Coach [Cale] Gundy, and he’s basically told me if you come here and work hard, you’re going to have the starting position no matter what your grade or experience is. If you work hard in practice and it shows, the starting position is yours.

Why does the bolded logic only seem to work in the favor of other schools and not UT. Sense, it makes none.
