Really impressed with Luke when I watched him at camp. He was the best QB there over Staver, IMO.

I was wondering if Tennessee had been in contact w/ him. Alabama has already been pursuing him heavily the past few months.

I'm also pretty sure that I read somewhere that his family are big Tennessee fans..........but we know how that usually works out for us. SMH.

He has absolutely ZERO talent around him. My high school was not very good and still shut them out. It was pretty much him and the one kid who had some lower level offers last year.

No but really if I was a bouncer at a bar on the strip, the kids ID could say he was 25 years old and I wouldn't question it. He looks a full decade older than Justin Worley. Lol

How many 16 year olds do you know with a full beard that's been groomed into a chin-strap? I didn't know many.

He said full beard, which that is not. Not many kids can even grow that though.

Lol he does look older but he's 16 or 17.

And yes him and his family are huge Tennessee fans.

I was beginning to wonder when this thread would pop up. Ive seen Luke play and have to agree with some other posters and say that he has no other talent around him. Luke stands out when on the field and some very good schools have taken notice. I would like to see UT stay on him.

According to Keith Niebuhr of Rivals, MTSU and Vanderbilt made stops by Riverside High School this week to check in. Also Luke is expected to be at the Mississippi St spring game tomorrow

He said the other day he's always wanted to play at Tennessee but he liked Alabama a lot right now.

Jokingly, I told him I better not ever hear him say those words again. I think he's just caught up like most 15-16 year olds and see how good they've been lately and they're blown away by it. If we win on the field, he's ours.

Michigan stopped by his school a few weeks ago & they want him to come to camp. Ohio State is also starting to show interest.

Per 247, Ward said he had a really good time at our camp last week. He grew up a huge Tennessee fan & has always dreamed about playing in Neyland Stadium & wearing the T on his helmet. He said if Tennessee offered it would mean the world to him. Chaney told him to work on a few mechanic things but that they were very interested in him.
