'14 TN DB Rashaan Gaulden (UT Signee 2/5/14)

I hear RG had 57 tackles at school yesterday. He was just tackling fools in the hallway, the luchroom, the classrooms... I heard he tackled the principal cause he suspected him of being a Candy "fan". TIFWIW :)

I think the candy fan faked being tackled so he could whine about another Vol. And why would you capatalize candy? Disgraceful! 😄

A 35 tackle game should have made him a finalist by itself. And he has several offensive touchdowns, couple pick sixes, several INTS. And a bajillion tackles.
Shaft Job

Funny how Gaulden leads what's shaping up to be the most physical class of DBs in the country. Still somewhat perplexed about where to I want Evan Berry. He's a dynamic player with or without the ball. He's also needed on both sides. His breakaway speed is very much needed on offense.

Think Tiki and Ronde Barber.

I haven't been hanging out in this thread - is the reason for his lack of offers a 1-2 punch of not playing junior year and committing to UT before his Sr year?

Probably. And everyone knew with Butch on the job, there was no chance of landing him.

I think he's getting at Ronde = Elliott and Tiki = Evan. Could be wrong though.

Yeah because Evan is a more of an elite level athlete. The Barbers were "good" athletes but better players if you get where I'm coming from. Evan is a serious elite level athlete. 4.35 in a cast is stupid fast. Then he did it at 190-200lbs. And he has great lateral movement and quickness. He may be our best athlete in a class loaded with good athletes.

You serious Clark?

Yea, i'm not sure what he's talking about. It's been reported Eric ran the 4.35 before his Senior year with a cast on his HAND/FOREARM.... that after posting a 4.65 his Sophomore year.... at least that's the way i remember it.
