I've seen Carlos and others mention on VQ that he plays QB but isn't a QB prospect. Also read that they're unsure what position he would project at. Maybe defense. Will be interesting to watch and see what happens.

Can he catch? WR? I think good hands run in the family :)

Sr. Was the same way, he played many positions at Melrose. Was an excellent QB jus was undersized.

I think this is the first legacy that I was old enough to remember when their parent played for us. I know we've had some great ones, but their parents were before my time. It's all downhill from here. :)

I was thinking the same thing. I was like, "Who is Todd Kelly?" I remember Cedric Sr. very well though.

Yes, indeed. That means you are getting old. I recall Todd Kelly, but I watched Ced while in college at UT.

I would be interested to see if young Ced is actually 6'2". That makes him a little more attractive as a WR.

It will be interesting to see what they do with him because I don't believe that we can take all of these legacies if we really pick up steam on others. We are in on some other good WR's (Malone, Booth, Creamer, maybe Kitt), and we have alot of young WR's. We are recruiting alot in the secondary as well (TKjr, Berry's, Galdaan).

Todd Kelly was a damn good player for us. Wish you could have seen him play... Would make you even more excited for junior. As far a Cedric I was surprised its been that long since he played. He was a qb in hs. Legacy central next year.

The Wilsons might not have begun their careers at Tennessee with a lot of attention, but they earned starting positions and were something to see. They are not ordinary folks.

For this to be possible, Ced must have had Ced Jr. when he was still at Melrose.

About his height, I was in Ced's class at UT, and we talked several times. I'm 5'8" and Ced was maybe an inch taller than me.

He was a great guy to talk to, one of my favorite players while in school.

Wow it looks like '14 class is going to be loaded with VOL legacy players. It also may be a loaded class for the state of TN.
