noah furbush visited tennessee’s campus for the first time sunday and monday, just two weeks after he picked up a scholarship offer from the vols.

“it was a really great place — a lot of great people there. It was really friendly, and i enjoyed it,” said furbush

“everyone was very friendly down there, and it was just a good impression of everyone. I mean, the facilities down there obviously speak for themselves. Tennessee has got a great town and great facilities.”

“obviously, i got a very good impression of the place, and i’m coming away feeling very good about tennessee,” said furbush

“i don’t necessarily have a top group right now. But yes, i do plan on coming back (to tennessee) sometime soon, hopefully.”

“i went down to the syracuse game (at cincinnati) when coach jones and coach elder were there, so i knew them a little bit,” furbush said. “now i’m starting to get to know (elder) a little better, and everyone else. After this weekend, i feel much more comfortable with them as coaches and as people.”

“it’s all brand-new facilities, so it was all very nice,” furbush said. “just seeing it, it speaks for itself. The stadium’s huge — 104,000, right? They said it gets loud there. I believe them."

The bad part? He grew up an Ohio State fan, "born and raised", and his family are fans, too. Plans on visiting Ohio State in the summer to try and earn an offer.
