I wonder if he would be one to pull the trigger early and commit. It would be nice to get the ball rolling with a running back he seems like he would fit in great with this offense.

I go to Moeller, St. X's rival school here in Cincy... This kids a good back, and performed well against us as X went on to win 49-21, and we were D1 state champs this year... That speaks for itself

I think he's a decent prospect but not great. I've seen him a bunch dating back to his two years of playing in 8th grade. Age-wise he should have been a senior in high school last year. St X should be thanking Moeller for this kid. Funny story, it was Moeller coaches (wrestling I think) who convinced the kid to "redshirt" in 8th grade by having him transfer to St .Susanna from a public school thinking he was going to be a Crusader. Probably mid-tier Big 10 type.

Likewise!

Attitude's a changin' around Knoxville. Butch doing work. What's the word on his recruiting up in OH?

Yes it sure is. As I said when he was hired nobody will outwork the guy in recruiting. He lives and breathes it. I was skeptical about his staff but he seems to be doing a great job so far and sooner than I expected.

The staff doesn't seem to be doing much with any of the kids up in this area. I think a few of them are being way over-recruited nationally from this area. The one kid who they seem to be after and who seems interested is Drew Barker across the river at Conner in Northern Kentucky. He has a lot of pressure to go to UK for some reason (not usual for NKY kids), so we'll see what happens there and if they can get him on campus.
