It's all about early playing time for this kid. Auburn already has some studs on the D-line. I'm not saying he isn't good enough to compete for a spot there (he definitely is), but he is basically guaranteed a starting spot next year at UT with all of our departures.

True but Auburn also rotates about 10 different players.

I agree, the Kid took a free ride... I'm not going bananas until I read something that says he is opening up his recruitment. Last i saw he was still all VOL

I agree that most times nothing develops from this. However, given our schedule next year, our seniors who will be gone, we will not do well without a big time JUCO D-lineman. Lambert plays like a 5* and will be an impact starter day 1. Auburn is super hot right now and rightfully so.

I'm not typically negative like some here, but this worries me because by all accounts, Lambert's final 2 before he committed was Tennessee and Auburn.

No Lambert's final 3 was Tennessee, Auburn and Florida. Auburn and Tennessee were considered co-leader iirc.
