After winning the state championship in the 100-meter dash on the last day of May, the 5-foot-11, 180-pound Johnson picked up his first scholarship offer this past weekend from Ball State after a standout performance at the Cardinals camp.

“I’m really excited about everything,” Johnson said. “I’m hoping more come in. I’m just going to keep working and do what I do best.”
