A lot of people do not like pipelines, especially Caribou. But if this staff can build a strong one to Norcross, Caribou would not be affected in their annual migrations. There is always talent from there. I got an email last night that I read here this morning from a contact that works in a distribution facility there, & knows I'm a Vols fan, so he heard this & sent me the word. I will try to create my own pipeline & bring what I can from this recruiting hotbed. "I know a guy" I hope this staff continues the heavy push that they are doing.

Its very critical to get started on these players early.A good recruiting cordinator must be able to look at least 2-3 years down the road.He would have a pretty solid idea of what our future needs are going to be.

Must be new to recruiting there is already 2015 guys getting serious looks and verbal offers from top universities.
