Right. And McCaleb was considered a small back. Nothing wrong with that if you can produce, plenty of small backs produce. What myself and others are trying to say is that Solomon Vault is not a small back.

I think Vault would fill the same role a Truitt or Autry would fill. The good part about Vault is he is doing it while carrying another 25+ pounds. You would tend to think that would allow him to transition quicker to SEC ball. JMO

LV, I don't think there is any way he is close to 190. Look at his film, I would think he is closer to 175. Kinlaw looks thicker than Vault, especially in the lower body(based on their jr film).

Well I mean Solomon is close to Onterio's size. I think Solomon projects more as a slot than a back though kinda like people are saying with Myles and Truitt

That is small for an SEC RB.

Yes it's small for an SEC rb but its closer to being a "small speedster type" which was the original statement. Devrin Young is 5'8 172, he's a small speedster type IMO. Not 5'10 190.

5'7 is but 5'10 190 isnt small for an SEC back and definitely not a small speedster type. Now 5'7/ or 5'8 165 is a different story all together. Travis Stephens was 5'9 190 and played well and held up at that size and wasnt considered a small speedster.

I Like NW coach, he was a guy I was hoping would get consideration for the UT job. But I'm very thankful and grateful that The Butcher fell into our lap. It was destiny vol brethren, what a ride it was too hahaha.
