Article I saw said Scarbrough and McBride(OL) did not qualify from the 2014 class. They are trying to appeal and get Bo in by January(Saban said he will be at a high school). McBride is headed to Juco.

Also Jarran Reed ,Tim Williams and Brandon Ivory are all currently suspended from the bama football team.

Saban will probably pull some strings and get him in by January. Everything with the NCAA always seems to go sabans way.

Yeah, IMO, this is very shady. Grades are grades...either you make the grades to qualify or you don't! How in the world can you appeal a qualification issue? Then, after he has graduated, be able to continue at his high school to become eligible to enroll in January? I don't get it. Go the prep school route, then yes, I understand that. Bama is on a completely different level than everyone else in the country and are playing with a completely different set of rules, IMO! It's sickening! I hope something happens that is so major(here is where good ole Kiffin comes into play) that there is no way the NCAA can ignore it.

As much as I hate to see a kid miss out on the opportunity for a free education, I'm selfishly happy about the likelihood of never seeing him in a Bama uniform.

I agree with the posters above. The kid either made the grades or he didn't. He either qualified or he didn't.

The Saban and NCAA relationship is sickening.
