yea but its kinda obvious the staff has reservations. its almost September and we haven't offered.

True. I guess it's fairly obvious he wouldn't even be getting a look without the Miles connection.

At the same time, in my eyes at least, he's no Nash Nance either.

A lot of decent/good schools have handed out offers to him, but a lot of schools are waiting to see some SR. film on him. He looked good at a lot of the camps he went to. He checked in at 6'0" 180lbs & ran a 4.43 electronic timed 40 at our camp.

The main reason he doesn't have a lot of "big" time offers right now is b/c he didn't start last year, he was the backup Safety then moved to CB halfway through the season & sat behind 2 Sr's. This year he is starting at CB.

I think he had a ton of potential, especially w/ that size & speed. I wouldn't take him over Bell or Gray but if we missed on one of those I wouldn't mind taking him.

May be a very good sign as to where we stand with some DBs that are higher on our board.

I'm not sure we were ever truly going after this guy. I'm not sure we offered him either. I like Gray Jr as more of a prospect. I think he has more potential JMO. I do like Earley's size as a corner. Good p/u for Ariz St

Other than Bell, any idea who we are currently pushing for? Especially at corner...I know Gray jr is an option, I guess Ramsey and Alexander, but I wouldn't think we are in great position for them as of now.
