So what position does he project as?

Tennessee was looking at him a few months back as a safety. Not sure they are still doing that. Could be WR, could be RB. 247 says he has a Vol offer and was recruited originally by Josh: Dee Paul

Jones uses ridiculously fast WRs in the slot and as-big-as-he-can-get WRs on the outside. In the Big East those were like 6'1" or 6'2". In the SEC they are 6'4" or 6'5". On the inside, he likes ’em as fast as humanly possible.

If he’s going to RB, they like to have a mix of wrecking balls and scatbacks. I’m thinking the reason they have this guy listed as ATH is because he could be either one depending on the need of the team. And I think he’s playing as his team’s QB right now and not playing his college position.

Watched his high school championship game, the other day. He played qb, he has good speed, they ran alot of sweeps and zone reads with him. Played 1A ball so he tended to blow the others away, I don't know how good he could be but he sure has the speed, needs alot of shakes and cheeseburgers I think at 160 lbs. was with his pads on too.

everything I am hearing is that he will be a cover corner and return specialist.

Lest we forget Denarious Moore. 3 star package deal out of Texas who is ripping it up with the Raiders. Speed is paramount with CBJ and its showing.

Paul is another new name on the board. Tennessee first started to recruit him with the old staff but has turned it up after Paul led his Munday team to a Texas state championship. The electric playmaker is a defensive back at the next level and teams like Baylor and Texas Tech are trying to make sure he doesn't leave the state. The Vols are still in the early stages of recruiting him but he's listening.
Official visit date: TBD
Other teams in the mix: Texas Tech, Oklahoma State, Baylor

When we were rolling we always had football players moonlighting with the track team. Speed, speed, and more speed.
