I'm watching the Memphins East game & the announcer mentioned that Moore will be one of the top players in the state for the 2013 class. Already has offers from Vandy & UNC (I believe thats who the announcer said) & is also starting to hear from Alabama, he has no recruiting profiles ATP.

I asked Carlos Younger about Moore on VQ, he said he will more than likely end up being the top DT in-state for next years class. He also confirmed that UNC & Vandy have offered & he is getting interest from some SEC schools.

Holds offers from Clemson, Illinois, UNC, and Vanderbilt already. VQ thinks this is one to watch over the next few months as they believe he could receive an offer.

He plays for Memphis East, which is the same school as '12 prospects, Will Redmond and Brian Kimbrow.

I don't think they have anything against UT. You won't find many pushing guys to UT, though IMO.

According to Keith N., Ole Miss has offered & Moore thinks Miss State will be next. He is visiting Alabama this weekend.

He doesn't get much of a push it seems at times, maybe due to fatigue but consistently he tends to stand straight up with no real step off the ball

Looks like he was in town for the O&W game yeserday. I wouldn't mind taking Moore as a DL in this class, potential NT.

He is teammates w/ OL Christian Morris who said today the Vols lead. Also they have a LB Marcus Robinson that I wouldn't mind landing either.

Thanks for the updates, jmoore. You raise a good point on this guy potentially being an NT- he sounds like he has the size, etc.

From your viewpoint, who are we on that fits the NT role? We have McCullers coming this year (hope he's in shape to play a lot of snaps). After that, we seem desparately thin. Seems this is a big need in this class.

I've not followed it closely enough, but I don't seem to see any of the 340/350 lb body types on the list of recruits we are closing in on, besides maybe this guy.

Am I missing somebody?

I don't know if this guy is a nose tackle type player but Montravius Adams is a highly touted DT prospect, but he's being recruited by everybody in the SEC.

McCullers, Hood, Clark, & Carson are all NT's. Couch will get a few snaps there also.

As for guys we are recruiting, the Crayton kid from Alabama & Mobley kid from Florida are 2 guys that are NT's.
